Since 1971, Company Principal Travis Hammond has been active in the real estate industry around the world — from pioneering Self Storage in Washington State under the You-Store-It brand, to the construction and development of hundreds of apartments and condominiums across the Pacific Northwest. Development projects in California, Asia and Europe followed with the creation of Habiture, producing a series of exciting global opportunities.
In 2016, HF Holdings — the Hammond family private office — began investing in medical office buildings, diversified into the life-sciences sector, and is now pursuing opportunities in early-learning centers, focusing primarily in the State of Florida.
